Configure the system to match business requirements and system design. Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions. Create and develop workbooks and documentation to support system design. Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within scope. Drive training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike. Qualifications End‑to‑end implementation experience within Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR). Experience implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows. Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space. Running workshops (process, design, configuration, test and validate). Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding best practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
