We work with major brands to create content that’s cool, connects with subcultures, and converts.What you'll be doing:Lead creative direction for client campaigns, brand storytelling, and social-first activations, from concept to execution.Develop and pitch innovative, on-brand ideas grounded in cultural relevance and social media trends.Collaborate with strategy, content, and production teams to ensure work is bold, elevated, and effective.Guide and mentor a team of creatives.Act as a creative partner to fashion clients—understanding their business goals, audience, and aesthetic inside out.Stay ahead of social, fashion, and retail trends, bringing fresh thinking to every brief.Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries across all touchpoints.Present work confidently and clearly internally and externally.Require 8+ years of creative experience, with at least 3+ in a leadership role.Possess a strong portfolio showcasing fashion/retail campaigns, especially social-first or integrated work.Have a deep understanding of fashion and retail culture, consumer behavior, and how to connect emotionally and commercially.Proven success in developing social-first campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.If you’re ready to turn social trends into share-worthy content and be part of a team shaping the future, let’s talkSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeContractJob functionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustriesAdvertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
