We run the world’s largest independent consumer review platform and are building the next chapter of our product experience. The Senior Product Designer will join our newly minted Trust UX team and elevate the experience of trust for consumers and businesses across our on‑ and off‑platform products. This role goes beyond feature‑led design and requires collaboration with researchers, content designers, product designers and non‑product stakeholders. You will own complex, ambiguous problems from discovery to delivery, leading the full design lifecycle and shaping the direction of our trust‑centered product portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the design strategy and execution for complex, high‑impact trust features, taking full ownership from initial problem framing to final delivery. Design high‑quality user journeys and product experiences that raise the standard of design excellence and set benchmarks for quality within the product. Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers and Researchers, using your influence to shape product strategy and execution. Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure user needs are at the forefront of every solution. Drive significant contributions to our design system, building scalable patterns and robust documentation that empowers the entire team. Mentor and guide junior and senior‑level designers, raising the overall craft and maturity of the design organization. Champion design as a discipline rooted in clarity and intent, ensuring our product experiences are not just functional but also grounded in enduring design principles. Articulate the value of great design and its connection to measurable business goals, influencing stakeholders at every level. Be a valued voice in the design leadership group, contributing to broader design initiatives, cultivating a culture of excellence, and influencing strategic decisions that affect the entire discipline. Who You Are Extensive experience designing within a SaaS product environment, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities. A robust foundation in design principles and theory, with the ability to articulate and apply ideology, intent and intervention to guide decision‑making and elevate design across the organization. Demonstrated experience working in complex SaaS agile environments, delivering products sustainably and at scale. Evidence of owning and delivering end‑to‑end design work that produced measurable business impact and shaped product direction. Skilled in communication and storytelling, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. Extensive experience actively contributing to and evolving robust design systems within complex engineering environments. The ability to mentor and support designers, helping them grow their skills. Proficiency with Figma and other industry‑standard design and prototyping tools, familiarity with front‑end implementation practices, accessibility compliance and collaboration with engineers in Agile workflows. Motivation to integrate AI tools into your workflow for the benefit of the process and end user. Benefits A range of flexible working options. Competitive compensation package + bonus. 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment. Two paid volunteering days a year.
