Residential Development Solicitor (Legal Director), 8+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £85,000+ (DOE) – This is a senior strategic appointment for an experienced solicitor with a strong Commercial Property background and a specialist focus on Residential Development. JOB REF: 1892. THE ROLE You will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding a busy and ambitious Residential Development team. Manage a varied portfolio of Residential Development matters, including options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, site acquisitions and disposals, leases, mortgages, and mixed tenure schemes across registered, unregistered, leasehold, and freehold property. Mentor and support more junior members of the team. SKILLS REQUIRED Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 8 Years PQE looking for that next step in their career. A proven track record advising on complex real estate and development projects. Experience operating in a fast-paced environment, with excellent technical knowledge and leadership capability. A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to support both clients and colleagues at a senior level.
