Conveniently located in the heart of the town centre we aim to deliver an exceptional customer experience to the local community and beyond.Salary: Full time starting salary of £18,500+ Uncapped Commission + Bonus incentives(Average earnings combined are between £20,000 and £26,000)Hours: Full and Part-Time hours are availableJob Role: You will provide expert advice to new and existing customers. You will be expected to recommend the best products and services to our customers based on their needs, wants and desires.You will also help connect customers to our network, setting up their handsets and tablets in store and be on hand to help with service and usage queries.As a sales advisor you will be given sales targets which you will strive to achieve by matching the right products or services to the customers you serve.Our employees are eligible to receive employee discounts on contracts (after completing minimum service time requirement) and can benefit from our company’s rapid employment opportunities and in-house sales training.Desired Attributes:Outstanding and demonstrable customer service skillsA good knowledge of communications technologyExperience working within a retail, sales or service industryA genuine interest for engaging with people and helping them to choose the right productsAn interest in our productsApplication Process:Please reply to this post if you are interested and we will call to discuss the role in more detail.
