Shift Leader Harrogate, United Kingdom Pay: to £12.41 Full Time | Permanent Job opens 2025-12-18 Customer Service Responsibilities Lead the store team, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of coffee and food. Support the running of the store, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory. Mentor and develop team members, encouraging a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and brand standards. Assist in managing staffing, scheduling and rota planning. Qualifications Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred, but not essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and multi‑tasking ability.
