Teamforce Labour are seeking reliable and experienced CSCS Labourers to join our team for ongoing civil engineering works in Spital. (Thurso) Role Overview As a CSCS Labourer, you’ll assist site teams with general labouring duties, support trades, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Perform general labouring duties on site Assist tradesmen and site operatives as required Maintain site tidiness and adhere to safety procedures Unload and move materials and equipment Follow instructions from site supervisors and foremen Support with basic groundwork activities where required Requirements Valid CSCS card (essential) Previous experience working on civil engineering or construction projects Strong understanding of site health & safety standards Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Full PPE Preferred (but not essential) Manual Handling or other site safety certificates Own transport About Us Teamforce Labour is a trusted provider of skilled personnel to the Energy, Rail, Infrastructure, and Construction industries.
