OverviewCNC Setter - Double DaysA recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Engineering department with the appointment of a CNC Setter. Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the CNC Setter will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesSupport production on a daily basis.Competent in running CNC's and all aspects of the machine performance, fault finding and diagnostics.Maintain hydraulic fixture operation, clamping repeatability and machining position to casting.Change tools, track tool life, investigate tool breakages.Monitor part quality, adjust offsets and improve process capability.Develop and maintain process documentation as well as assist in the generation of SWI's.Set procedures and standardsDrive TPM and 5STrain, mentor and guide others on how to operate equipment safely and correctlyOther related duties as determined by the Process Engineering Manager or Process Engineers.Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plantQualificationsThe successful candidate should have a minimum of an Apprenticeship or formal qualification and proven experience in CNC machine setting.About the companyM-Tec Engineering Solutions is a leading supplier of Permanent, Interim and Project Management Recruitment Solutions to the Automotive and General Engineering sectors.Application noteDue to the overwhelming response to vacancies in this current climate, if you have not heard from us within the next two weeks you have been unsuccessful at this time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
