Role Purpose The role will be a key point of contact for queries and projects regarding Transaction Margin and Transaction Loss and will report to the Business and Operations Manager, Payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with SQL and data visualisation tools or experience building financial models. This role is also open to those with a year’s working experience as a data analyst or business analyst, especially in fintechs, and that experience would be a strong advantage. As a member of the Strategic Operations Team, you'll help us carry out and improve many of the day‑to‑day processes that keep things running smoothly. You'll work closely with the rest of the operations team and stakeholders in other teams. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Operations Associate to join our team. Key Accountabilities Manage the end‑to‑end fulfilment process and ensure our customers receive their physical cards. Help develop and maintain relationships with key vendors. Work closely across all departments on projects relating to critical vendors. Help identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions. Prepare and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reports. Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles to support catalogue services ensuring clear, easily consumable, and user‑focused content. Skills & Experience Efficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable working with data. Ability to work as part of a team and drive exceptional results. Can facilitate project meetings with multiple attendees, capturing detailed actions with assigned owners. Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
