OverviewJoin a Global Financial Services Leader. We are seeking an experienced Lending Operations Executive to join a prestigious, globally established financial services institution. With a long-standing track record of consistent profitability and a presence in over 30 international markets, this organisation offers both stability and global reach.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal role managing a diverse investment portfolio spanning debt and equity transactions across corporate and real estate sectors. Working in close collaboration with front office, risk, finance, and legal teams, you will be integral to deal execution from pre-settlement through to maturity.ResponsibilitiesPrimary and secondary loan settlement, booking, and ongoing administration using LoanIQDay-to-day management of bilateral and syndicated debt and equity positionsNavigate complex loan documentation to facilitate deal booking and fundingManage deal cash flows, loan utilisations, rollovers, and payment processingHandle borrower covenants and information undertakingsProcess secondary loan trades (manual and via Clearpar)Coordinate KYC requests and conflict checksEssential RequirementsDegree qualified in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or BusinessMinimum 4 years experience with LoanIQProven track record in loan administrationStrong numerical and Excel skillsExceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlinesProblem-solving mindset with strong follow-through capabilitiesBenefitsCompetitive salary: £65,000 – £75,000Collaborative environment within a supportive, high-performing teamExposure to a global operation with significant market presenceOpportunity to work on complex, high-value transactionsCareer advancement within an established financial services leaderInclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and inclusionAdditional informationWe are committed to providing an inclusive working environment and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
