Role Summary We are seeking lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels within the BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to deliver classes on weekdays, evenings, and weekends is required. Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met. Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate. Use a variety of learning and teaching methods and materials. Actively engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties. Stay current with latest developments in the field and student support practices. Work toward clear objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression. About You Hold a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable). Have previous UK HE lecturing experience in this subject area. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the subject matter. Have experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback. Maintain accurate reporting and keep thorough, organised student records. Work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills. Work with diverse groups of people. Desirable Hold a Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification; alternatively, a commitment to enrol on a teaching programme during the probationary period and complete within three years, or Fellowship of HEA (or international equivalent). Have experience designing or developing academic or professional education programmes.
