The Role We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance Department. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our financial operations. Key Responsibilities Completing assigned month-end tasks accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.Maintaining fixed asset registers, lease reporting, VAT and tax reporting, cash forecasting, and other financial reporting activities.Analysing financial data, producing a variety of financial reports, and making appropriate recommendations as required.Preparing timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis.Completing year-end close activities and statutory accounting processes.Assisting with internal and external audit requirements and liaising with auditors.Preparing annual tax pack documentation.Identifying opportunities to enhance processes while maintaining compliance and strong internal controls.Maintaining and developing Standard Operating Procedures.Performing other duties and responsibilities as required to support the finance team. What You’ll Bring Currently studying toward or fully qualified in professional accounting exams (AAT level or above), or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in a similar role.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with different stakeholders and build strong working relationships.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach—comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
