Parallel Employment Group is working with a customer in Lancaster for Assembly Technicians to become an integral part of a dynamic teamAs an Assembly Technician, you will be assembling products, ensuring they meet quality standards, and packaging them for distribution. Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment where you can grow and thrive.Your responsibilities will include:Reading and interpreting blueprints and assembly instructionsUtilizing hand tools and power tools to assemble various componentsConducting quality inspections to ensure that products meet specificationsMaintaining a clean and organized workspaceCollaborating with other team members to improve assembly processesCurrent opportunities are available for various shifts, each offering competitive pay rates.Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not requiredAbility to read and understand blueprints and technical manualsFamiliarity with hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityCapability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasksGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least 6 months of Manufacturing experience and machining.aerospace/military defense manufacturing experienceCommitment of 40 hours per work. The job operates in a manufacturing environment.
