What You Bring Passion for Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life. Knowledge of EYFS : A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework and the EYFS curriculum. Qualified & Experienced : A Level 2 / 3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C / 4 in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
