They offer fabulous career opportunities with an impressive salary package with an OTE circa to £40k+, Company Pension Scheme, Overtime paid at Time and a Half over a standard 40-hour week, Life Cover, 26 days holidays + Bank Holidays and much moreThe opportunity of Workshop Engineer would suit a trained Car Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Master Technician, HGV Technician, Roadside Recovery or similar.Their products are becoming more advanced and diagnostic, electric skills are highly desirable.ResponsibilitiesServicing and repair of material handling equipment.Ordering of parts as efficiently as possible & ensuring all stock levels/movement records are accurate & correctEnsure all paperwork is completed accurately & within the stipulated time period & with the relevant order numbersManage own work-in-progressMaintain a safe working environment & work in a safe mannerReport any unsafe practices or potential hazards immediatelyTo maintain familiarization with policies & procedures & adhere to these. E.g. IT Policy, absence policy, etc.Attend training courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipmentRequirementsNVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance, Plant or similar is essentialServed full apprenticeshipWorkshop Engineers, Workshop Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, Master Technicians, Mechanics, Plant Fitters, Roadside Recovery, Agricultural Engineers, FLT Engineers are all consideredTechnical experience in Engines, Electrics, and Diagnostics is compulsory.Salary & BenefitsImpressive salary package with OTE circa to £40k+Overtime available over a standard 40-hour week paid at time and a half.Company Pension Scheme (Employer 6% Contribution)Laptop and all IT equipment ProvidedLife CoverFull training program providedCareer progression opportunities are readily available, due to some people wishing to move into Field Service and then Team Leader/management level #J-18808-Ljbffr
