In this role you’ll help craft the best possible experience for professional dealers, ensuring smooth, friction‑free communication across our network. You’ll partner closely with Product, Creative, and Commercial teams, and play a key role in shaping how we meet our goals.What You’ll DoOwn the B2B dealer journey end‑to‑end, spotting pain points and deploying smart, automated communications.Design, build, and manage multi‑channel campaigns using email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in‑browser notifications to drive engagement across the dealer network.Conduct A/B testing and analysis on all campaigns to continuously improve performance, and report key learnings to the wider business.Coordinate the campaign calendar and launch ad‑hoc communications in sync with frequent product roll‑outs and updates.Represent dealer needs in cross‑functional meetings with Product, Dealer Marketing, and Dealer Services, ensuring their voices shape our strategy.Experience You’ll Need to Be SuccessfulStrong CRM background with hands‑on experience in campaign management and building complex customer journeys.Proficiency with CRM tools such as Braze, HubSpot, and Looker is a big plus.Sharp data‑analysis skills and proven ability to set up and learn from experimentation, including A/B tests.Excellent communication skills – you’ll write clear, compelling copy and confidently present results to stakeholders.Self‑starter attitude: you can manage multiple moving tasks and deadlines with minimal hand‑holding.Our Interview ProcessQualifying screen with Talent PartnerInterview with Hiring Manager / Head of CRMFinal stakeholder interview with Head of Dealer Marketing and members of the CRM and wider marketing teamsSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
