Qualifications Successful, recent experience working with children Experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills High level of proficiency in literacy and mathematics; and a calm, supportive and caring manner. Job Responsibilities This role will require you to work closely with the class teachers, SENCo and parents to deliver individualised support to children with learning difficulties within a mainstream class setting.
