Your Role as a Senior RF Calibration Engineer:
As a Senior RF Calibration Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking high-precision calibrations using traceable and accredited standards while maintaining full compliance with UKAS regulations. Your technical expertise will be crucial in supporting clients, mentoring colleagues, and driving calibration excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform calibration of RF and electronic equipment using approved procedures and best metrology practices.
  2. Ensure accurate completion of calibration certificates and records.
  3. Participate in UKAS and accreditation audits to uphold quality standards.
  4. Liaise with clients to handle technical inquiries and provide expert guidance.
  5. Develop and audit both automated and manual calibration procedures.
  6. Create measurement uncertainty budgets for customer calibrations.
  7. Provide technical support and mentoring to colleagues.
  8. Guide, support, and oversee junior team members, assisting in their orientation and training.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Proven experience as an RF Calibration Engineer.Background in inspection or calibration within manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive sectors.Technical qualification (Degree, HND, or HNC preferred).Strong knowledge of calibration practices and theories.Excellent understanding of BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and mentor colleagues.
