Overview Showroom Advisor – Part‑time 30 hrs per week on a fixed‑term contract until 31/01/2026. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 07:00 – 22:00. UK notional hourly rate £13.71. Location: B&Q Worcester. We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. As a Showroom Advisor you’ll help some of our boldest kitchen and bathroom ideas take shape. Responsibilities Customer focus is key: ask questions, explore possibilities, recommend the right finance, products and installation options. Use software to produce inspirational designs that bring customer projects to life. Coordinate multiple projects and support customers both virtually and face‑to‑face, taking them on a journey from inspiration to delivery. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with technology and relevant sales software. Ability to work well as part of a team and solve problems creatively. Affinity for design and keen eye for detail. Motivation to work towards sales targets. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Benefits Competitive salary and holiday entitlement of 6.6 weeks.
