Working closely with the breakdown team, you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Responsibilities include:
- Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road; otherwise, ensuring the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
- Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
- Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
- Must have a minimum level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; ideally looking for level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- Have strong all-round technical experience - maintenance, technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
