Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + Van + Benefits + Bonus

Are you an experienced Plant Fitter looking for a new challenge with a reputable and well-established company? Our client, a respected leader in the plant hire industry, is looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join their team and help keep their Diesel generators operating at peak performance across the Region.
The Role:
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you’ll be responsible for the service, maintain, and repair our clients generators on site and at their home depot. This is a varied role with real autonomy—no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
* Carry out routine servicing and inspections on plant equipment
* Diagnose, Service and repair Diesel products on site or at home depot.
* Attend breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
* Complete job sheets and reports accurately
* Liaise with the service team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
About You:
* Proven experience as a diesel plant fitter, service engineer, or similar
* Strong knowledge of generators desirable but will consider similar experience for the right candidate
* NVQ Level 2/3 in a diesel generator level degree or equivalent (desirable but will definitely consider time served Plant Fitters/Engineers 2-3+ years)
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused
