Job Title: Store to Home Picker B&Q Bamber Bridge, England, United Kingdom Shifts & Compensation Part‑time, 12 hours per week. Shifts available: Thursday – Friday 6‑10 pm, Saturday 5‑9 pm. Fixed‑term contract until 31 Jan. UK notional hourly rate £12.71. Overview We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Join us as a Store to Home Picker and you’ll be a big part of this. Responsibilities Communicate confidently and friendly with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone. Support customers’ ideas on the shop floor or work to a one‑hour click‑and‑collect service. Adopt and maintain efficiency and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Organised and analytical thinker, prioritising time and keeping tasks simple. Comfortable with heavy lifting; able to handle items ranging from tins of paint to hot tubs. Agile and flexible, able to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. Willingness to expand skills through new technology and learning new ways of working.
