Technology Project Coordinator - CRM (Dynamics) Migration Technology Project Coordinator – CRM (Dynamics) Migration Technology | London | Hybrid – Contract Role I’m supporting a growing tech function to hire a Project Coordinator to work closely with the IT Project Manager on a major CRM (Dynamics) Migration and wider technology initiatives. This role is central to keeping the programme organised, on track, and well-communicated. What you’ll be doing Coordinate project tasks, schedules, milestones and dependencies Maintain key artefacts: reports, timelines, RAID logs, action logs Support day-to-day project delivery across internal teams & external partners Organise workshops, testing sessions, training events and project meetings Prepare status updates, stakeholder communications and governance materials Ensure risks, issues and actions are captured, updated and followed through Manage project logistics, documentation, approvals and administrative support Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment across workstreams What we’re looking for Experience supporting Technology or Business Change projects Strong organisational and coordination skills Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels Comfortable with project tools (Teams, SharePoint, RAID logs, action trackers) A proactive, detail-driven approach and ability to keep things moving This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured delivery, communication and cross-functional collaboration and wants exposure to a major, business-critical CRM transformation.
