OverviewWise is looking for a Product Lead for Identity Platform to join our team in London, Budapest, or Tallinn. You will be a pivotal leader, responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for our core identity platform. Your work will focus on onboarding (KYC), financial crime risk, and other regulatory obligations.ResponsibilitiesLead the product for storing and orchestrating all user information at Wise, enabling every product team to ship new products faster and more effectively, ensuring data is used in a reliable, privacy-friendly way. You will set a compelling vision for the platform, translate it into clear, measurable goals, and inspire your teams to achieve them.Lead the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the product roadmap, partnering with empowered teams to define the product’s direction. Communicate a long-term strategy while maintaining focus on near-term goals and milestones.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. Guide growth and development, set a high bar for strategy and execution, and empower the team to deliver significant business impact.Act as a key advisor on deeply technical topics, distilling complex concepts and ensuring technical decisions align with the broader product strategy and stakeholder expectations.Collaborate with growth teams to understand goals and needs, ensuring the platform supports their objectives and drives company growth. Own the platform’s vision as a foundational enabler and growth engine for the business.QualificationsExperience: 10+ years in product management, with substantial experience in a platform or B2B SaaS environment; experience taking technical software products from vision to market.Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring product managers, building high-performing teams, and setting a high bar for strategy, execution, and user empathy.Education: BA/BS degree in engineering, business, finance, or related fields.Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills; adept at managing competing priorities. Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, or financial services; familiarity with regulated markets and data privacy/compliance.Desired/BenefitsBase salary: 120,000 - 145,000 GBP gross annually (based on experience and interview outcomes).Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and other benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
