OverviewPosition based in London; this will be the contractual location of the successful candidate. Other locations cannot be considered.Performance Attribution Support Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term ContractThis is a great job for someone with Performance Measurement experience related to Asset Management across both Public and Private asset classes.What you’ll doSupport and safeguard the performance attribution reporting capabilities for Aviva Investors during the Titan programme platform transition.Calculate and deliver monthly and quarterly spliced attribution analysis for approximately 100 Multi-Asset and Equity funds, ensuring linkage across sources using preferred methodologies.Reduce calculation risk and enhance delivery efficiency through automation and standardisation.Provide ad hoc attribution reporting support for bespoke periods and strategic funds.Partner with providers to sunset legacy dependencies and ensure methodology alignment and migration to a single source via Aladdin.Quality assurance and control of inputs and outputs, template validation and enhancement, and collaboration with Client Reporting to enable straight-through processing.Prioritise reporting deliverables, raise input quality concerns, and support the creation and use of linked performance attribution in client reports, RFPs, investment reviews, and fee calculations.Escalate and resolve issues with discrete period attribution; offer SME-level insight into the end-to-end calculation process; provide constructive feedback to optimise execution.Ensure adherence to archiving and audit processes, capture revisions and restatements, and educate users on the new self-serve capability in Aladdin as the extended support period nears closure (2027/28).Skills and experience we’re looking forExpertise in the provision of Performance Attribution; qualifications such as IMC, CFA, IOC, or CIPM are desirable.Ideally educated to A level and/or professional qualification.Advanced Microsoft Excel, with some VBA capability; Aladdin attribution calculation experience is beneficial.Good understanding of the investment management business, fund structures and processes.Working knowledge of Investment Performance calculations and techniques.What you’ll get for this roleGenerous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.Eligibility for annual performance bonus.Family friendly parental and carer’s leave.Generous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays with the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days.Up to 40% discount for Aviva products.Aviva-funded Private Medical Benefit to help you get expert support when you need it.Flexible benefits including electric cars.Aviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme.21 volunteering hours per year.Aviva is for everyoneWe’re inclusive and we welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
