The team supports people with involvement in the criminal justice system with their drug and/or alcohol issues. This role includes one-to-one key work, delivering our group work programmes, case management and interacting with partner agencies, particularly prisons, police, probation and courts, to ensure people accessing our services can improve and change their lives. Where York Hours Full time, 37.5h per week Full-Time Salary Range £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 About the role Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey Providing screening, assessment, and recovery planning and onward referral Reducing drug and alcohol related harm to service users and the wider community Promoting carer, service user and community involvement Providing advocacy for access to partnership services Motivational Interviewing Children’s & adult safeguarding Liaison and partnership working including police, probation, courts, prisons.
