Direct message the job poster from Planet Pharma We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Production team as a Material Movement Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing the movement of materials within Production in line with the production schedule, ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP standards and supporting smooth operations across manufacturing and packaging activities. Responsibilities Coordinate the movement of materials between warehouse and production, ensuring availability and correct storage conditions. Perform SAP transactions for material movements and stock checks in production storage areas. Check packaging components against quality standards before use. Manage production waste and maintain accurate records of training and SOP adherence. Support engineering and technical teams by ensuring materials are available for their activities. Conduct manual packaging operations and assist with basic packaging tasks when required. Carry out facility cleaning, sink and drain disinfection, and support equipment cleaning. Participate in quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and health & safety procedures at all times. Collaboration Manufacturing and Packaging teams Warehouse operations Quality Assurance and Quality Systems Technical and Engineering departments People Team and Health & Safety Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments (desirable). Familiarity with SAP systems (desirable). VNA license (optional). Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and clear documentation skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Growth mindset and proactive attitude. Team-oriented with resilience and positive energy. Ability to take ownership and deliver results under pressure. Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
