Our purpose is to provide best-in-class and proactive business support to the cutting edge and ever changing business that is Trilitech. With business ranging from deep tech R&D and dApp development, to NFT commerce and trading of digital assets, the role will offer plenty of variety. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of making Tezos a leading blockchain globally.What you’ll doReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, manage day-to-day finance operations, including management accounting and bookkeeping (with admin support)Work closely with the COO as well as the wider leadership team on budgeting as well as reporting on actuals vs budget monthlyWork closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectivesEnsure accurate and current financial ledgersManage and coordinate all external audit processes from scheduling, preparing documentation and addressing auditor queriesProvide the management committee and board with regular as well as ad-hoc financial reporting and analysisOversee regulatory reporting, including VAT returnsReview, develop and implement a strong internal processes and controls environmentEnsure compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulationsWhat you’ll needProfessional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)Experience working with crypto, digital assets or in the blockchain industryStrong understanding of financial processes and systemsExperience as finance controller in a startup environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsWhat you can expect from usGenerous LTIP tez token schemeFlexible hours and a hybrid working environment; work from home and our dog-friendly office in Soho with access to an onsite gym and media roomLunch delivered daily in the office (Dishoom, Honi Poke, Salad Kitchen - you name it, we’ve tried it)Expense up to £2700 per annum for subsidised commuter costs25 days paid holiday and an additional day to celebrate your birthdayEnhanced parental & adoption leave to support you in your journey through parenthoodWe’ll double match your pension contribution (allowing you to contribute up to 5% of your gross salary, with us contributing up to 10%)Private medical and travel insurance with AXA from day one, inclusive of mental health supportLearning and development initiatives to empower you in your careerComprehensive life assurance policy of 5x your base salary to provide you and your loved ones with peace of mindWhy you’ll love itOur cutting-edge projects offer you a chance to lead the way in shaping the future.
