Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 0730-2000 Location: SATH – Shrewsbury and Telford Weekly Pay: Fast, reliable weekly payments Key Responsibilities An Admissions and Discharge Nurse manages the safe, timely, and appropriate care of patients, ensuring smooth transitions and coordinated care with families, hospital teams, and community services. Demonstrate high standards of clinical practice. Plan the workload for a team of patients. Safely admit day surgery patients and care for them throughout their surgical pathway, ensuring safe, nurse‑led discharge. Essential Qualifications Current NMC registration. Minimum of 1 year post‑graduate experience. At least 6 months recent UK experience within the last 3 years.
