HSEQ Advisor

Our client is seeking a seasoned safety professional to drive the performance of their safety function across 2 sites and a team of around 35 staff. As a triple certified‑business with strong audit performance, they are a business with an ambition to continue positive safety outcomes across a growing team. Our client is a well‑established supplier of heavy equipment components to the mining, construction and earth‑moving sectors with 2 primary locations. With their regional headquarters in Perth, they have a strong client base and a stable and experienced team. Description Develop, implement, and monitor HSEQ policies and procedures in alignment with organisational goals. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations. Take the lead on audit performance ensuring readiness and alignment to ISO standards Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of HSEQ activities. Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Focus on developing a positive and collaborative safety culture Profile A successful HSEQ Advisor should have: Strong understanding of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
