Student Recruitment Specialist Join GEDU Global Education as a dynamic Student Recruitment Specialist. In this permanent role, you will attract, enroll and support prospective students across our campuses in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester. About GEDU GEDU Global Education is a higher‑education provider delivering vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across ten campuses. Our vision is “Changing Lives through Education.” Key Responsibilities Track enquiries, applications, admissions data and manage student recruitment pipelines. Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students. Engage prospective students via phone, email and virtual platforms, nurture leads and oversee the admissions process. Advise students on finance options and available support programs. Assist with special projects related to recruitment and enrolment management. Qualifications and Skills Sales acumen – recommend suitable programmes and achieve enrolment targets. Excellent communication skills across in‑person and virtual channels. Customer‑service oriented – address enquiries and concerns promptly. Active listening and closing skills – guide students through the enrolment process. Time‑management and goal‑orientation – prioritise tasks, follow up and meet recruitment goals. Resilience and persistence – maintain motivation in pursuit of recruitment targets. In‑depth knowledge of GEDU programmes, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
