Lecturer English Job Title: Lecturer English Location: Ware and Broxbourne Campus - Broxbourne, Hertfordshire (primary) Salary: £33,135 - £41,700 per annum plus market supplement of £5,000 per annum. Pro‑rate if part time. Holiday: 42 days plus bank holidays. Closing date: 12 January 2026 at midday. About the Role: Deliver engaging, high‑quality English lessons Support and motivate students to achieve their best Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively About you: Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or willingness to work towards one GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade B or above Experience teaching GCSE English Language – ideally within FE or HE The ability to inspire, engage and support young people A real passion for creating positive learning experiences Why Join Us?
