ABOUT THE JOB
  1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; create plans and manage resources.
  2. Monitor progress using KPIs, adjust strategies, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  3. Build relationships with cross-functional teams and align on project goals.
  4. Lead digital transformation projects (e.g., e-commerce, analytics integration).
  5. Organise stakeholder briefings for transparency and proactive risk management.
  6. Implement best practices (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, RPA) to streamline operations.
  7. Develop innovative tools/dashboards for improved decision-making.
  8. Foster adaptability and empower teams to embrace innovation and high performance.
ABOUT YOU
  1. Extensive experience in managing high-impact, cross-functional projects within commercial, digital, or customer-facing environments.
  2. Proficiency in using project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, and Waterfall, with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
  3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners effectively.
  4. Strong analytical capabilities to evaluate project success and mitigate risks.
  5. Experience introducing innovative tools and techniques, such as process automation, data-driven insights, or customer-centric design enhancements.
  6. A commercially focused mindset, ensuring alignment of project outcomes with business objectives, and an ability to clearly articulate value creation.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading diverse teams and ensuring alignment toward shared goals.
