What you’ll be doing in Owned Brands Design Management Leading the creative direction, visual identity, and design execution for a portfolio of owned brands across multiple channels Developing and overseeing brand guidelines to ensure consistency, innovation, and market relevance Collaborating with marketing, product, content, and external partners for cohesive brand campaigns Guiding the design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring excellent quality and alignment with audience needs Keeping abreast of design trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inspire fresh ideas and inform strategy Championing sustainable and accessible design practices to elevate user experience and support our brand values Reviewing and approving creative work to maintain high standards and distinctive brand positioning What we’re looking for in Owned Brands Design Managers Strong portfolio showcasing experience leading brand design projects (please submit your portfolio with your application) Expertise in brand creation, visual storytelling, and multi-channel campaign design Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and contemporary design tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to new challenges and evolving markets Experience in retail or FMCG brand environments is an advantage Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and sustainable design Your working environment in Brand Leadership & Design Supportive and creative team culture, focused on design innovation and brand excellence Modern workspace equipped for collaboration and creative work Continuous learning and tailored development for design leadership and brand strategy Why join us?
