Capabilities include:Market knowledge & trendsEnd-to-end service from idea to launchTechnical, commercial, and production expertiseOutstanding customer serviceAbout The Procurement TeamThe Procurement Team manages sourcing raw materials, packaging, and components for high-volume production, developing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing to meet consumer demand and maintain profitability.Buyer (Tactical)Reporting to the Buying Manager, the Buyer is responsible for negotiating packaging requirements for Beauty Brands, developing supplier relationships, sourcing new suppliers, and maintaining a low-risk supplier base. Responsibilities include:Create detailed packaging briefs for NPD projectsMeet KPI targets for all packaging briefs and quotationsNegotiate terms and costs with suppliersEnsure sourcing components meet project requirementsCoordinate sample tracking and testingIdentify and share new supplier opportunitiesMaintain accurate price books and administrative recordsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholdersAdhere to health & safety procedures and promote a positive working environmentPerform additional duties as requiredRole RequirementsProficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookTeam player with an interest in Packaging for Beauty BrandsStrong negotiation skillsAbility to multitask effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
