English Specialist Teacher – Behavioural School Location: Scarborough, North Yorkshire Contract: Full-time Start Date: January About the Role: We are seeking a qualified English Specialist Teacher (QTS required) to join a behavioural school in Scarborough starting in January. This is an exciting opportunity to teach and inspire students in a supportive and structured environment, helping them engage with English and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students with SEMH and behavioural needs. Plan, prepare, and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of individual learners. Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback. Manage classroom behaviour using positive behaviour strategies. Work closely with TAs and school leadership to support learning and student development. Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
