GTM Manager – Own Software Launches in a High-Impact Role

We're looking for a Go-To-Market Manager to lead seamless software launches from strategy to execution for our client, a large tech business based in the Midlands. Sitting at the heart of Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support, you'll ensure every release is well-coordinated, aligns with business goals, and delivers an exceptional customer experience

Package: up to £70k, 5–10% bonus and other perks

Hybrid: 1-2 days in office per month

What You'll Do:
  • Own and lead cross-functional Go-To-Market and release readiness planning, ensuring internal and external teams are fully prepared for launch.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans – including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end product readiness, making sure everything is in place, progressing, and on track for key launch milestones.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support to align on launch strategy and execution.
  • Act as the central point of communication to stakeholders, providing clear updates on readiness, progress, and risks.
  • Manage multiple product launches in Agile/Scrum environments, while continuously improving the process.
  • Monitor performance post-launch and feed insights back into future plans.
What We're Looking For:
  • A seasoned GTM professional – ideally from a Product Management or Product Marketing background.
  • Strong project management skills, with a clear understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and product lifecycles.
  • Proven success in launching software products, ideally in SaaS sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring cross-functional teams together and keep them aligned.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify, assess, and manage risks while driving initiatives forward with precision.
