£13.00 – £13.50 per hour + £70 Sleep-In Rate + Benefits

(£31,400 - £32,400 per annum)

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and well-being.
  2. Support individuals with care plans, risk assessments, and positive behaviour strategies.
  3. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
  4. Accurately record daily activities and adhere to safeguarding protocols.

What You'll Need

  1. Experience supporting individuals with neurodiversity, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities.
  2. A Level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it with our support).
  3. Compassion, patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
