DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join SkyCare, a leading provider in mental health care services.As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with mental health challenges, providing them with the necessary support and care to improve their quality of life. You will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at promoting mental well-being and independence among our service users. This position is ideal for compassionate individuals looking to make a positive impact in the mental health care sector.Full-time contract 36- 42 hours per weekFull induction provided.Experience in a similar role is mandatory Experience with residents with mental health is desirableLong shifts, 12-hour shifts, so you will need to be available to work a variety of shifts across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays according to service user needs. Shift patterns are based around service user needs so our ideal candidate will be flexible. The normal working pattern is 36 hours worked over a 7 day period.
