Early Help Case Manager

We have two full time posts 1 in Newark and Sherwood and 1 in Bassetlaw which is an opportunity to Join us as an Early Help Case Manager in the Family Support and Safeguarding Team for a 12 month fixed term post.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of children, young people and families? We're looking for passionate, committed professionals to join our team.What you'll do: Act as the lead professional for families needing targeted early help Carry out structured assessments and create tailored intervention plans Chair multi-agency 'Team Around the Family' meetings Work directly with children and families in their homes and communities What we're looking for: A relevant qualification at NVQ Level 4 or above At least 3 years' experience working with children, young people and families Strong knowledge of child development and family systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Good IT skills and accurate record keeping A full driving licence (unless registered disabled) Why join us?
