We’re looking for a Facilities Officer to join our Land and Property team. This role is key to delivering facilities services across our headquarters, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and tenants. You’ll carry out a wide range of internal and external compliance work at Kilworthy Park, with occasional visits to other sites. It is a mixture of admin, site and safety checks while being the person staff and tenants go to for assistance. You’ll also act as a key holder and take part in the voluntary out-of‑hours on‑call rota to support emergencies and operational continuity. This is a fast‑paced, reactive role where you’ll help the team meet objectives on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. Strong collaboration and adaptability are essential, along with a commitment to high‑quality outcomes and excellent customer service.
