My Client is a Luxury builder with a 5 star rating. They are looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work in the West London area. You will be offered a generous salary and a great commission structure plus mileage.
This role is a one-year fixed-term contract.
The ideal person will need at least 2 years' experience working on fast-paced development or with a similar national house builder. Any additional languages would be a bonus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all customers, having excellent communication and providing outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate the sales details with purchasers.
- Be confident in using a CRM system.
- You will need to drive to other developments to cover appointments.
- You will need to chase up customer leads, follow up on appointments, and try to maximize sales.
- Be the primary contact up to and including completion.
- Ensure the sales area is well presented at all times.
- Portray a professional image.
- Assist clients with optional extras.
