TikTok Shop - Fashion New Business & Growth Manager, London TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings online sellers, buyers and creators together within TikTok to build a one‑stop, seamless shopping experience and further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. Join our team as a Business Developer, where you’ll lead our efforts to grow our platform in the fashion industry. Your role involves finding, convincing new clients to join us and building their strategy for success on the platform. You’ll use your persuasive and critical‑thinking skills to explain the benefits of our platform, help clients get started smoothly, develop the right strategy, and consistently meet ambitious targets. Responsibilities Find new potential clients through research, networking, and focused outreach. Craft persuasive pitches that address the needs of potential clients and highlight the benefits of our platform. Guide clients through the process of joining our platform and address any concerns. Assist clients in setting up their accounts accurately and completely. Help identify and define the success strategy for the brand on TikTok, leveraging platform knowledge and strategic thinking. Collaborate with and drive the client toward earning significant revenue on the platform over a 3‑6 month period. Achieve monthly goals for acquiring new clients, adding products, and increasing sales. Collaborate closely with other teams to improve processes, enhance the client experience, and grow the business. Understand our products, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry. Minimum Qualifications Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly. Experience in e‑commerce. Experience achieving results with external stakeholders. Experience with sales cycles & overcoming objections. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch.
