Audit Supervisor – Know Capital Join us to apply for the Audit Supervisor role at Know Capital. We are recruiting for an Audit Supervisor on behalf of an ambitious accountancy practice that has secured a significant amount of new audit work and is experiencing significant growth. The role provides an opportunity to build and lead a dynamic audit team in an agile hybrid working environment. Responsibilities Manage a mixed portfolio of small to medium sized audit clients based on experience. Plan, lead and complete audits. Provide guidance and review the work of junior team members. Design and deliver audit files with minimal review points. Provide technical expertise in designing technical solutions. Prepare and review statutory financial statements. Prepare staff appraisals at the end of the audit. Supervise and assist a team of junior staff as needed. Liaise with clients and HMRC. Maintain and develop client relationships through written and face‑to‑face communication. Carry out other ad‑hoc duties in line with business requirements. Qualifications Qualified ACA or ACCA with experience leading audits. Minimum of 3 years of experience within a UK accountancy practice. Able to deliver an outstanding and professional service, providing exceptional advice and maximum added value to clients. Good general IT skills with experience of accounting and audit software. Strong analytical and research skills. Takes ownership of assigned tasks and adopts a proactive approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships, use initiative, organise and prioritise workload. Actively seeks to enhance own expertise and knowledge. Demonstrates drive and commitment to self‑development. Adaptable and sociable, able to communicate confidently at all levels with clients and colleagues.
