Salary: Salary Band E spinal point range 6‑8, (£25,989‑£26,824 FTE) Hours of work: 8:30‑3:05 – 27.5hrs per week during term time. Contract type: Permanent. All About The Role As a Resource Base Teaching Assistant, you will work with children who have complex communication and interaction needs. Your role will be to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, delivering tailored education programmes that meet the specific needs of each pupil. You will work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to support the holistic development of our pupils. You will be part of an extremely supportive staff team that collaborates closely to ensure the best outcomes for all children. Why Join Us?
