Location: LWC Aylesbury Reports to: Warehouse & Distribution Manager Base Pay Range: Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter for details. Overview Assist the driver in delivering products to customers safely and courteously, while maintaining the vehicle and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Assist in vehicle preparation, including operator maintenance. Ensure all products are correctly loaded and secure. Execute special customer requests as directed on the delivery note. Check all deliveries upon drop at the final designation. Maintain customer confidence by keeping security information confidential. Assist in checking run sheets, orders, and routing. Plan routes considering the schedule and customer requests. Inform customers of any stock shortages or delivery issues. Return empty cases and gas bottles to the empties yard and unload correctly. Adhere to health and safety procedures. Complete required checks and hand over check sheets to the distribution manager. Help in the warehouse when required. Appear presentable in the LWC Drinks uniform at all times. Knowledge and Experience Good safety practices and presentable appearance.
