Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Consultative Approach: Provide expert advice to clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Process Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and talent market dynamics. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset and a passion for delivering excellence. Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships. In‑depth understanding of recruitment best practices and industry compliance. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM tools.
