This role plays a vital part in ensuring the site meets all requirements relating to EHS, Food/Feed Integrity, and GMP (including HACCP). You’ll collaborate across functions to support audit readiness, drive continuous improvement, and lead on quality-related initiatives, contributing to the site’s overall performance and compliance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnsure ongoing compliance with EHS, Food/Feed Integrity, GMP, and HACCP standardsSupport Zone Brewery Support Audits and implement effective action plansCo-ordinate and monitor VPO audit requirements and quality improvement activitiesAnalyse microbiological results, co-ordinate testing, and follow up on actions as neededLead and contribute to site HACCP activities as part of the HACCP teamDevelop, manage, and report on KPI systems and data capture processesAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Brewing Quality, Food/Feed Safety, and MicrobiologyCo-ordinate external audits (e.g. FEMAS & BRC) and ensure action plans are in place and followed upDrive Quality Improvement Initiatives and lead Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cyclesDeliver responsibilities in line with role-specific checklists and attend relevant meetings as scheduledWho We’re Looking ForA collaborative team player who can also work effectively with a high degree of autonomyDetail-oriented and results-driven, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skillsStrong communicator, confident in both written and verbal formatsProactive and adaptable, with a structured and analytical approach to tasksComfortable managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced settingAble to build strong working relationships and influence others across functionsCommitted to continuous improvement and solving problems through evidence-based approachesBrings a mindset of ownership, accountability, and quality in all aspects of their workWhy build your career with usWe recruit for mindset, ambition, cultural fit, and growth opportunities.Unique CultureWe are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves and are passionate about building upon our company’s long legacy.
