With the support of your colleagues, you’ll soon become skilled at spotting which decisions should be defended and which may need to be reconsidered. The work in SALT follows a similar pattern of pre‑action correspondence through to formal claim and trial, though with the focus being on the lifecycle of money claims and settlements.
