Trainee Traffic Signals Configuration Engineer – Hybrid – ad hoc visits to the Warwick office We are looking for a Trainee Traffic Signals Configuration Engineer to join our Traffic Division. You can work mainly from home but will be happy to attend meetings within our Warwick office as and when required. You will be working in a part of Telent that is dedicated to maintaining UK‑wide traffic signals. Key Deliverables (with Training and Mentoring) Preparing configuration of complex signalised junctions and pedestrian crossings Working closely with customers, designers, and project managers Utilising controller configuration and simulator software Undertaking/supporting FAT testing Providing advice to design services on controller facilities Supporting commissioning/maintenance engineers Qualifications Technology‑focused education background – A‑levels or Degree A can‑do attitude and keen to learn new things Good communication skills Good time‑management skills Good MS Office skills What we offer A career at Telent can span sectors, roles, technologies, and customers, giving you the opportunity to develop, learn new skills, and make an impact.
